What is Scent Work for dogs?
If your dog loves using his sniffer, Scent Work might be his perfect sport! Scent Work is a positive, fun, and engaging activity that allows your dog to follow his nose! This search and scenting activity, suitable for most dogs (and people), helps build confidence and focus as well as provide a safe way to keep your dog fit and healthy through mental and physical exercise.

What Scent Work classes are available?
Intro to Scent Work: This class starts with getting your dog excited about using his nose to seek out a treat reward or his favorite toy hidden in one of several boxes. The game can then be expanded to an entire room, vehicles, and exterior areas. As your dog grows more confident with his sniffing, target odors are introduced like birch, anise, cypress, and clove, and more advanced skills are taught.
