Resort Hours:

We are open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm

Saturday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday - Closed (scheduled courtesy pickups only from 4:30-5:30pm)

Check-In:

Begins at 12noon Mon - Sat. A full days boarding fee will apply. Pets arriving before check-in are welcome with no extra fees, but your pet may have to wait in a holding area until their room is ready.

Check-Out:

Begins at 12Noon Mon - Sat. Additional charges apply after that time, unless your pet has requested a bath or groom.

*If you need to pick or drop off your pet outside of normal resort hours, you can make special arrangements for an additional fee of $45.00.
